Led the creative strategy and full-funnel campaign behind Element451's flagship annual conference. Engage Summit isn't just an event. It's a campaign platform. The "Agentic Campus" theme was built to carry through the entire year: from pre-show promotions and on-site activation to a gated on-demand library, a summer customer webinar series, evergreen paid media creative, customer and employee video testimonials, and a Digital AI Summit this fall. Every asset, every touchpoint, built to extend the moment well beyond the room.
The brand landed beyond expectations too. Higher ed professionals across LinkedIn flooded their profiles with orange, turning attendees into organic advocates and amplifying reach in ways no paid budget could replicate.

The program spans 10 written case studies with compelling narratives paired to measurable outcomes, 2 high-production video stories (debuted at Engage Summit, hitting public channels soon), and a monthly customer webinar series that consistently fills up. Most recently, partnered with Product to launch the Strategic Advisory Board, deepening the relationship between customer voice and product direction.

Built and owned Lytho's flagship annual research report from the ground up, running for five consecutive years. Each edition surveyed 250+ creative and marketing professionals to produce benchmarking data that became a go-to reference for industry thought leaders and publications. Every report featured customer and expert commentary on the findings, and was the centerpiece of an integrated demand gen campaign that consistently outperformed.
About me
I'm Molly Clark, a proud generalist, deeply strategic marketer based in Apex, NC. My career has basically been one long experiment in making B2B marketing more fun. 15+ years across content, brand, demand gen, product marketing, and customer marketing at SaaS companies.
Most marketing functions are either good at brand or good at demand. I've spent my career building teams and programs that do both, and connecting the dots between them. I still write, still ship, and still get genuinely excited about a really good campaign idea.
I do my best work in high-growth environments where the stakes are real, ownership is yours to earn, and the work actually means something.
